CONDIE, Ann Maaike - After a lengthy battle with cancer, Ann passed away at home with her husband by her side on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at the age of 55.
Loving wife of Trevor Condie.
Devoted mother of Derek and Colin Young and step-mother of Derek Condie and Matt Shea (Alex).
Proud grandmother of Jack. Survived by her parents Willemina (Betty) and Fred Feikema and siblings Jacob Feikema (Vanine), Barbara Gelsomino (Pasquale) and Maria Hicks (James) and many nieces and nephews.
Will be missed by her in laws Maxine and Dale Condie and sister in law Laura Lacroix (Dave).
A private family memorial service will be held.
