MUELLER, Johannes "John" - (July 27, 1937 - May 13, 2021)
John passed away peacefully on May 13, 2021 at the age of 83.
Loving husband of Marion.
Caring father to Kim Mueller and husband Michael Ross, and Michelle Alguire (nee Mueller) and husband Gerry Alguire.
Proud Opa (grandfather) of Joshua and Ian Alguire. Brother to Sophia Wirth and Irma Ellis (Lee Ellis). John will be forever remembered and greatly missed by his family, extended family and dear friends.
John was born in Holland in 1937. He grew up in Germany and later travelled extensively while learning the precision tool and die trade before settling in Ontario where he met Marion, the love of his life.
John enjoyed his work and eventually started his own tool and die production business which he ran for more than 35 years.
John was loyal, determined, honest, proud and hard-working. He was a lover of nature, an animal lover and a music lover. In earlier years he would dance up a storm if a polka was played and was always entertaining when he played his harmonica, which he did so well.
A small family funeral will be held on Monday, May 17th. Due to COVID, attendance is limited to 10 people.
Thank you to the numerous staff at Bay Ridges Long Term Care Home who provided wonderful care to John in his final days, and those who supported Marion when John was still at home.
