WATSON, Robert Thomas - November 5, 1925 – May 17, 2021 (GM Employee for 41 years)
Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Monday, May 17th, 2021, in his 96th year. Predeceased by his beloved wife Yvonne.
Loving father of Doug (Elizabeth), Barbara (David) and Deb Netley (Jeff).
Sadly missed by his grandchildren Sean (Sarah), Tierney, Bronwen, Baillie, Sara (Tyler), Brianna, Andrew, and great grandchildren Macayla, Harper and Etta.
Predeceased by his parents Edith and Fred Watson, and his siblings Edna Rollo (Dick), Len, Charlie (Eleanor) and survived by Dorothy French (Doug).
Robert was a WWII veteran, serving as a mechanic in the Air Force reserves from 1943 – 1945, and a dedicated member of the Royal Canadian Legion - Branch 43 for over 75 years.
