SMITH, Jeffrey Kenneth Francis   - July 10, 1930 - May 13, 2021

Peacefully, in Northumberland Hills Hospital.

Survived by his lifelong boon companion and wife, Genevieve MacAulay and 3 cousins, Patsy Watson, Janet Suddick and Kelly Sublet.

Jeff graduated from St. Michael's College, attended the University of Toronto, graduated Osgoode Hall law school and became a lawyer with Day Wilson Campbell, and subsequently, with Miller Thomson LLP.

JKS, as he was known at the office, was astute, impossibly well-read and possessed of a practical wisdom which he graciously shared with all who had the good fortune to be mentored by him, by all of whom he will be remembered with great affection.

In accordance with Jeff's wishes, there will be no funeral service.

A private cremation has taken place.

A celebration of a life well-lived will be held at such time as COVID-19 restrictions will permit Jeff's good friends to gather to that purpose.

Until then, a farewell to a man for all season.
