HARRIOTT, Frederick Harriott   -  Went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday May 25, 2021.

He suffered a significant stroke and passed after a brief struggle.

He was born December 7, 1939, in Spanish Town St Catherine, Jamaica West Indies, and married Eudora Louise Ellis.

He moved to Toronto Canada in 1971 and his family immigrated shortly after.

Although his professional trade was that of a brick layer, it never stopped him from doing any type of work.  He was the quintessential jack of all trades.

He was a man of faith, strong willed, possessing a tremendous work ethic, and an open and friendly disposition.   Even complete strangers felt at ease as if he was a dear and long-time friend.

He had a heart for God, a love for family and fond allegiance to the island of his birth.  He is survived by his wife Eudora, children Pauline (Woodroe), Andrew, (the late) Yvonne, June (Patrick) and Israel (Francine), grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Frederick will be greatly missed by his sisters Geraldine, Adossa, Doris, Edith, and brothers Dutchie and Kenneth, along with his extended family. It will be hard to forget someone who has given us so much to remember.

Due to the restrictions in place due to COVID 19, a Private Visitation will be held  on Friday June 18th.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00pm. Interment at Thornton Cemetery in Oshawa will follow.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations to UHN Toronto Rehabilitation Institute or the Heart and Stroke foundation, would be appreciated.
