MILNE, Peter - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Peter Milne, at the age of 83, on June 3, 2021.
Predeceased by his loving wife, Hazel, in 2010 after 50 years of marriage.
He will be missed by his daughters Gail (Michael McCarthy), Laurie (Paul Hillaby) and his granddaughters Ellen (Matt), Alison (Mike) and Christine.
He will also be missed by his brother, Harry and sisters, Sheila, Doris, Donna and Jean (predeceased), sister and brother-in-law Marilyn and Don, friend Jean and many nieces and nephews.
A special thank you to the staff on 2W at Ajax Pickering Hospital who provided compassionate and loving care.
Peter loved life, family, friends and neighbours.
He enjoyed his lengthy retirement from General Motors, golfing, listening to live music and dancing.
A family gathering will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations to your local Food Bank would be greatly appreciated.
