BURGESS, Mary "Mamie" (nee HILL) - Passed away peacefully, on Friday, September 3, 2021, age 93 years.
Mamie, beloved wife of Edward "Ted".
Loving mother of Janette and Carolyn and cherished grandmother to Charlotte.
Mamie was devoted to her family and friends and we will all miss her dearly but, take comfort in knowing that she is now at peace.
A Celebration of Mamie's life will be held at the McEachnie Funeral Home, Ajax, on Monday, September 13, 2021 at 11 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Parkinson Canada or the Heart & Stroke Foundation, would be appreciated and acknowledged by the family.
The Burgess family would like to send their heartfelt thanks to the Continuing Complex Care Unit at Lakeridge Health – Bowmanville Site, for their tender care to all of us during such a difficult time.
