PRATT, Jean Eleanor - (November 22, 1934 - October 18, 2021)
Jean passed away peacefully at Wynfield LTC Oshawa on October 18, 2021 in her 87th year.
Predeceased by her loving husband Victor (2019).
Loving mother of Jim (Ann) and Bill (Annette). Adored grandmother of Connor, Sara (Brock McGill), Debra (Erik Piper) and Colleen (Alec Kowalski).
Cherish great grandmother of Mark Kowalski, Keith and Kalvin McGill.
Jean was a loving sister of Hugh, Stuart and Doug Smith, and predeceased by Allen and Joseph Smith, Violet Bell and Helen Mole.
The family wishes to thank all the doctors, nurses and support staff at the Wynfield LTC facility for their professional support and humanitarian efforts during this difficult time.
Due to COVID-19, attendance is limited and masks are mandatory.
Visitation will be held at THORNTON CEMETERY and FUNERAL CENTRE, 1200 Thornton Road North, Oshawa, (South of Taunton Road and off of Dryden Blvd, 905-579-6787) on Tuesday, October 26 from 9 am -11 am. A private funeral will be held at 11 am.
In lieu of flowers, donations will be gratefully accepted for Lakeridge Health Foundation.
