POLLARD, Bradford George Pollard   -  January 30, 1955 – October 20, 2021

Today our hearts are heavy as we say goodbye to the patriarch of our family, Brad Pollard.

Brad’s purpose in this life was to create a solid family built on the values he held close to his heart.

To take care of each other, to always have each other’s back, to stay true through thick and thin. He was so proud of the empire he built and the legacy he left behind.

There are no words to express the love and loss we are all feeling.

As we pay tribute to the life of this great man, we remember so many gifts that he unselfishly gave to each of us in his own special way.

A loving and devoted husband to his forever and always soulmate and best friend, Rhonda.

Loving and proud father to his three talented children; first born Cody James (Lindsay), middle son Luke Garrett (Annie) and baby girl Brooke Brianna (Derek).

So proud of their significant others and the lives they are creating together.

Fun, wild and crazy “Grumpa” to his cherished grandchildren, Jaxson and Olivia, who brought out the very best in him.  Quick-witted and cheeky bugger to his mother, Nancy, and mother-in-law, Marie.

Brother of Susan, brother-in-law to Carrie and Lesley, and loving uncle to Samantha, Allyson, Jennifer and Grant.  Brad was a devoted friend to countless people.

Visitation will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home, Oshawa, on Friday, October 29 from 1 to 3 p.m. and funeral service from 3 to 4 p.m. Following the service, Brad’s immediate family will be gathering privately, and ask that you please respect their privacy.

If you wish, memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society.
