YOUNGER, Margaret Mary - January 15th, 1927 - December 16th, 2021
Peacefully passed away on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at Hillsdale Estates, in her 95th year.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Alexander and her son Alistair.
Loving mother of Ellen (John) Fox, Tom (Prescy) Younger, William Younger (Janet Henderson) and Margie Younger (Terry Partridge).
Cherished grandmother of Jennifer Fox, Allan Younger (Alicia Foster), Steven Younger (Julie Duncan), Scott Younger, Gordon Younger, Trevor Robins (Mel Brown), Kevin Robins and Maggie Robins and great-grandmother of Aidyn, Hannah, Cameron and Ashton.
Dear friend of Mary Corrigan and Emerise Bourgeois.
Special thanks to the staff of Maple Grove at Hillsdale Estates for their care and compassion.
Margaret will be remembered for her love to volunteer at many places, including St. Vincent’s Kitchen and Hillsdale Estates. She was also a valued member of St. Gertrude’s Church Choir and CWL.
Visitation will take place on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME , (124 King St. Oshawa). Proof of vaccination and registration is required to attend the
visitation. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Gertrude’s Catholic Church. Due to capacity limits, registration is required to attend the Mass.
