Flint RuthFLINT, Ruth Janet (nee Brown) Flint   -  October 31, 1935, - September 21, 2022

Darling wife to Howard and beloved mother to Gordon, Robert, and Janet (Neil).

Adoring Grandmother and Great Grandmother, Aunt, Sister, and friend to many.

“Jane” passed in her 86th year after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s Disease.

Jane was a wonderful person to know; she lit up the room with her smile, voice, and laugh.

She loved to socialize with friends and family and with her lighthearted disposition, made those around her feel cherished and happy.

Jane grew up in the Bedford Park area of Toronto with her mother and father, Ruth, and Arthur Brown.

She was very close to her older sister Bea and her niece Susan.

She attended St. Clement’s School where she made lifelong friends.

She raised her family in Agincourt and retired to Peterborough. Jane lived life to the fullest.

She was a thoughtful wife and dedicated mother working tirelessly to ensure her family was happy and healthy.

She loved fashion, travelling, music, dancing, and spending time at the cottage.

She is missed already and for those around her life will never be the same.

The family would like to express their utmost gratitude to the staff at Fairview Lodge, who for the past two and a half years provided Jane with a superb level of care.

In memory of R. Janet Flint memorial donations to Fairview Lodge “Recreation Fund” would be most appreciated.
