LeBLANC, Roger Joseph LeBlanc   -   Born August 16th, 1942 in Moncton, New Brunswick.

He passed away peacefully in the early morning hours on Monday September 26th, 2022, at Sunnybrook Veterans Hospital.

He is survived by his loving wife, Virginia (nee Potvin) of 44 years.

He was a proud stepfather to Valerie, Jack and Mark (Lynn), and the late Joe.

He was a loving brother of Louis (Ricki), Jeannine (Lenny), Dorice (Raymond), and the late Laurie (Bernice).

Roger will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren Cal, Kyle, Danielle, Kristen, Chantelle (Ryan) and John. Roger recently had the pleasure and joy of meeting his Great Granddaughter Myla, whom he shared many smiles and waves with.

Roger was a dedicated and proud veteran serving the Canadian Armed Forces for 30 years.

He retired to the Commissioners where he spent 9 years in Oshawa. He never missed a Blue Jays game, and always had the play by play updates. We won't forget the love he had for his family and all the chocolate.

On behalf of Roger and his family, we would like to sincerely thank the staff at Sunnybrook Hospital, specifically the staff in the Dorothy Macham Home for the excellent care and support they provided to Roger.

Arrangements with Mount Lawn Funeral Home, Whitby.  Interment  MOUNT LAWN CEMETERY .
