It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of William Arthur Alcock, fondly known as “Bill” who passed away at the age of 83, on September 30, 2022.

Bill passed peacefully at home surrounded by his loving wife and children.

Bill was born in Stockport England in April 1939 the only child of the late Beatrice and Fred Alcock and stepson to Frank Wood.
He will be deeply missed by his loving wife Ann (nee Robinson) of 55 years.

Bill was a proud father of 4 children, Kevin (Bonnie Harrison), Karen, Kimberly, and Kathryn (Winston Browne).

A loving Grandpa to Evan, Aaron, Owen and Orlando. He is also survived by sister-in-law Lana Clark (nee McGurk) and predeceased brother-in-law Marvin Clark, his nieces Deborah Clark Rust (Dan and Abigail) and Heather Clark.

Bill also enjoyed photography and watching Star Trek. Mostly, he cherished time spent with his family, playing with his grandchildren and sharing stories.

Bill always showed a great sense of humor and kind heart. He will be affectionally missed and remembered by family and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Memory of William (Bill) Alcock to Diabetes of Canada or the Canadian Alzheimer’s Association.
