Lane ColinLANE, Colin Roy Lane  -

May 8, 1965 - March 21, 2023

Colin passed peacefully away at Oak Ridges Hospice, Port Perry with his family by his side.

Colin is predeceased by his parents Jessie (Saunders) Lane and Ira Lane. He leaves to mourn his loving wife Maureen, son Kelby, sisters Kimberly Lane, Corinne Collins, nieces Natasha (Robert) and Megan, nephew Clayton (Suzanne) and four great nephews James, William, Cameron and Grayson.

Mother and father in-law Sarah and Malcolm Rogers, sister in-law Angela (Edward) along with a large circle of Aunts, Uncles, cousins and friends.

Colin was born on May 8, 1965 to Jessie and Ira Lane of Hare Bay, NL, where he lived along with his sister Kimberly until the age of 17, when he moved to Ontario and started working.

Colin met the love of his life in May 1996 and got married July 3, 2004. Together they had one son Kelby, who was his pride and joy.

Shortly after purchasing their first home in Whitby where they currently reside.

Colin looked forward to his trips back home to Newfoundland which included much needed family time with those he didn't see often. If Colin wasn't working, he could be found fishing with his son Kelby. While keeping up with the newest and best fishing gear on the market.

Colin was a friend to everyone he met, he will be missed dearly and his memories will remain forever in our hearts.
