MASON, James Albert Mason -September 2, 1938 - April 1, 2023
Passed away at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Saturday April 1st. 2023 at the age of 84.
Loving husband of Adeline Mason for 64 years.
Much loved Dad of Donna Pinch (late Paul), Charlie Mason and his partner Jo’Anne Freeman, Lisa Mason. Predeceased by Mark (2016) Daughter-in-law of Suzanne.
Loved grandfather of Andrew, Jason (Jenny), Derek, Christina (Kelly), Rebecca (Shane), Michael (Ash), April, Holly (Luke), Thomas, Jessica and Amanda (Jeremy).
Lovingly remembered by his 19 great-grandchildren.
Dear brother of Gary (Heather), Betty Hunter (Bill), Barb Fleming (Ken), Ida Shaw (late Gordon), June Lorencovitch (Frank). Predeceased by his brothers Billy, Harold, Donny, Johnny, Bobby, Robie (Winnie) and his sisters Eleanor, Catherine, Sheila, Margie and Judy.
James will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews and their families as well as long time friends and family.
Visitation at BARNES MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 5295 Thickson Rd. N Whitby on Tuesday April 4th from 2-4 and 6-8 pm.
Then to St. Leo the Great Catholic Church, Watford Street Brooklin for Mass of Christian burial Wednesday morning at 10:30 am.
