Ed passed away at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Wednesday December 27th 2017 at the age of 81.
Loved husband of Dianne Lightle (nee Brown) for 54 years.
Dear dad of Tracey and Rob and his wife Shalamarall of Brooklin.
Grandfather of Olivia and Scott. Predeceased by his parents Arthur and Noreen Lightle (nee Patterson) Blair and step father John Blair.
Dear brother of Grace Lightle and her partner Merv Lang of Little Britain and the late Wayne Blair.
Dear son-in-law of the late Clifford and Evelyn Brown and brother-in-law of Pat Dyck (late Ken), Kathy and Larry Sullivan, Norman and Patsy Brown and Connie Brown and Chuck Bristlon.
Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews and their families as well as countless long time friends.
Visitation at BARNES MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Thursday January 4th. A service will be held in the Barnes Chapel Friday afternoon (January 5th) at 1:00 p.m.
Interment GROVESIDE CEMETERY, Brooklin.
