PUDDISTER, Madelaine Marie - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Madelaine “Mady” on Sunday December 31, 2017 at the age of 70.
Cherished mother of Derrick Axhorn (Joy Brasier) and Rhonda Axhorn (George Zois).
Beloved grandmother of Korey, Scott, Bobby Joe, Hailey, Jared, Nicholas, and great grandmother of 4.
She is survived by her siblings, Margaret, Judith, Gary (Terri), Mary Louise (Lorne), Randy (Brenda), Jeffrey, Timothy and predeceased by her sister Yvonne (John).
A special thank you to the staff at The Rose Garden wing at Hillsdale Terraces and the staff at Community Care Durham for their compassion and wonderful care of Madelaine.
