KNIGHT, Joan Ann - Passed away suddenly with family by her side on Wednesday February 7th, 2018 at the age of 83.
Dearly loved wife of the late John (Jack) Knight (2015) for 63 years.
Much loved mother of Linda Alexander and her husband Kirby of Whitby, Cathy Rae and her husband Rob of Wellington and Laura Magee and her husband Martin of Bowmanville.
Predeceased by her son John.
Loving grandmother of Leslie, Matthew, David, Carolyn, Ashley, Kaitlynn and John. Great Grandmother of Madeline, Payton and Madalyn.
Joan was the last of her brothers and sisters, she will be fondly remembered by several nieces and nephews and their families.
Visitation at BARNES MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME , 5295 Thickson Rd. N., Whitby on Saturday February 17th, from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral service in the chapel Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m.
Joan will be laid to rest with her husband John at GROVESIDE CEMETERY.
In Joan’s memory, memorial donations to Hearth Place Cancer Support Center in Oshawa would be appreciated.
