KLEPADLO, Joan Klepadlo - It is with heavy hearts that the family of Joan Sarah Klepadlo announce the sudden passing of a wonderful wife, mother, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend.

Beloved mother of Wayne & Sue (Makala) and Lynn & Robert (Phillips).

Treasured and loved grandchildren Jennifer & Jason Kopschinsky) and Michelle & Geoff (Martin), and great-grand kids who Mom adored, Ethan, Dylan, Alexis and Leah "the apples of her eye".

She was so proud of them and loved to watch them play hockey.

Loved and cherished longtime friends June Watts, Rosemary Skapczyk and Adriana Galvis, her beloved Joanna Hampton, much loved niece Lois & Gary Dickerson and family. Joan left a lasting impression on everyone she met. A kind soul, loving heart and sweet disposition - a "one of a kind" classy lady.

She was a Member of the Eglinton West Community Centre for 30 years and worked in retail sales. She loved city life, living independently until September 2017 when she suffered a stroke, which drastically changed her life.

A very special thank you to the Kristus Darzs Latvian Home staff, therapists, nurses, and Dr. K for opening their hearts and welcoming Mom into their wonderful facility. They went far beyond their course of duty.

The family of Joan Klepadlo will receive friends at the Wagg Funeral Home, Port Perry, on Thursday, April 19th from 7 - 9 p.m. to celebrate her life.

If desired, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Kristus Darzs Latvian Home, 11290 Pine Valley Drive, Woodbridge, ON.
