Hicks DonnaHICKS, Donna Lynn - (November 28, 1946 - October 15, 2019) -

Donna worked as a registered nurse for over 20 years, and spent the latter part of her career working as a Labor Relations Officer and Education Officer for The Ontario Nurses Association.

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband Ross Hicks, son Todd Hicks, daughter Lori Hicks-Armitage, daughter in law Peta Hicks, son in law Dan Armitage, younger sister Ann Scott and Husband Marv Flower, nephews Alex Scott, Matthew and Brian Orwin and their families.

She will be deeply missed by her Grandchildren whom she adored; Emma and Connor Hicks.

Donna lived a life full of love, friends and family. Donna was an avid animal lover who rescued (and treasured) many pets over the years. Donna enjoyed laying in the sun tanning and spending time with friends. She was a passionate and loving woman who gave so much of herself to this world.

Donna will be missed by so many - she touched so many people’s lives and treasured each and every relationship throughout her lifetime.

Memorial Visitation at Dodsworth & Brown funeral home, 2241 New Street, BURLINGTON on October 25th from 7 - 9pm.

Memorial Service at Port Nelson United Church, 3132 South Drive, Burlington on October 26th at 11:00 am.
