DEGRAAF, Heather Ann, M.Ed. - March 9, 1952 - June 29, 2022
Heather passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, after a hard-fought and courageous battle with cancer.
She will be forever loved by her sister Debbie Hurd, brother Steve DeGraaf, and nephew Andrew Hurd and his wife Marina.
Heather will be deeply missed by her extended family, many friends, colleagues, students, and all of those whose lives she touched.

Heather will be remembered by many for her supportive and compassionate nature, which was greatly reciprocated by the truly incredible staff at Hill House.
