For years, we have posted regional death notices as a free public service, while taking on the complete cost of publishing ourselves. We can no longer do so.

Without participating Funeral Centres, Cemeteries, Monument Suppliers and Local Businesses advertising with us, we can no longer run this website at a financial deficit.

We have received dozens of emails by folks upset at the discontinuation of our daily updates, and we apologize.  We also love this site, and considered it a great service to the public by accumulating and listing all Regional Obituaries in one spot.

Also, we appreciate the privacy to not contact the families of friends for funeral arrangements who may be shortly passing, as well as, friends not having to frequently check all local funeral centre websites for service information.

Campbell SoupyCAMPBELL, Soupy William Moore - Passed away peacefully family by his side at Campbell House Hospice, Collingwood, ON, on Wednesday, June 6, 2018, in his 74th year.

Soupy, beloved husband of Carol for 21 years.

Loving father of Doug (Pamela) Duval of British Columbia, Laura Duval of Alberta and Sheila Duval of Alberta.

Devoted Grandpa of Shayley, Cassie, Mikayla, Rhiannon, Tianna, and Great-Grandpa of Molly.

Dear brother of Sheila Stull and the late, Anne Carmichael, Hugh and Freddie.

Fondly remembered by family and friends.

Soupy was a retired 40 year veteran of the City of Mississauga Fire and Emergency Services.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #63, 490 Ontario Street, Collingwood, on Friday, June 15th, 2018, from 1 – 3 pm with Remembrances at 1:30 pm.

Donations may be made to the Hospice Georgian Triangle – Campbell House.
