DROPKIN, Sheila - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sheila Dropkin on August 3, 2020.

Daughter of the late Harry and Gussie Engelman. Predeceased by her brother Stanley (Lois ) Engelman.

Beloved wife of the late Arthur Dropkin. She will be missed by her daughter Gayle, son-in-law Alan. Adored Grandma to Tyler and Gillian.

Fauvelle LucienFAUVELLE, Lucien Napoleon - We are deeply saddened by the death of Lucien who passed away at 93 years old, peacefully at home in Scarborough on August 3, 2020.

He will be greatly missed by his loving wife Muriel, whom he married on March 25th,1950, his children, Lorraine Roberston, Laurette Layic (Gloria), Joanne (Deceased), Dennis Fauvelle, Patrick Fauvelle, and Leslie Fauvelle.

COAKWELL, James Rae - 1943 - 2020

Passed away suddenly at Northhumberland Hills Hospital in Coburg on Monday, August 3, 2020.

Rae was the beloved husband of Frances Brooks, brother of Betty (Bob) Armstrong and father of Cherie.

Viliers GlenVILLIERS, Glen Robert - Died suddenly, surrounded by his family at Southlake Regional Health Centre on Monday August 3, 2020 at the age of 81 years.

Beloved husband of Sandra Villiers (nee Thornton) of Keswick.

Loving father of Lloyd Villiers, Dan Villiers (Nadine) both of Keswick and step-father of Leah Dunn (Ivan) of Pefferlaw.

Dhanda SurajDHANDA, Suraj Parkash - March 21, 1930 – August 3, 2020 (90 years young).

Our beloved father, Mr. Suraj Parkash Dhanda, was born on March 21, 1930 in Jagaron, India. The youngest of 6 siblings, he went to RK high school where he successfully completed his graduation. Professionally he excelled in the field of life Insurance.

In 1952 he happily married and started a wonderful family of 7 children with his wife. His children often would call him “Papaji” where he famously got this nickname.

In 1980 Papaji moved to Canada and started many successful businesses with his children.

ORZY, Alexander - October 6,1923 - August 4, 2020 -Our dear father and grandfather, Alex, passed away peacefully in his own bed on August 4, 2020.

Devoted and loving husband of the late Alyce Orzy, z"l.

Father of Debby, Judy and Rick (Laura).

Proud Zaidy of Ilan, Noa (Jake Flaster) and Zev, and great-grandfather of Oze and Lielle.

Beloved wife for 74 years of the late Frank Joseph Wolfe.

Melville FredMELVILLE, John Frederick George - At the age of 79, Fred Melville, passed away peacefully with family by his side on Monday, August 3, 2020.

Fred was born to Andy and Ruth Melville in Port Arthur, Ontario, the eldest of seven children.

Fred moved to Toronto in his early twenties where he started his career in the Automotive industry in Sales and then Management, the same industry he would retire from 40+ years later. Fred was an extremely hard-working man, working long hours regularly.

Sleno Gowers PamelaSLENO-GOWERS, Pamela (Pam) Jane    - On August 3, 2020.  Beloved wife of Daniel (Dan) Gowers, whom she had been with for 49 years.

Loving mother of Andrew and Samantha who were her pride and joy.

Predeceased by brother Bob and sister-in-law Arlene who was her golfing buddy.

Will be dearly missed by sister-in-law Sue Barns (nee Gowers) who attended highland dance with Pam over 50 years ago in Montreal.

Many enjoyable times spent with nieces and nephews Cathy, Jim, Sasha, and Steven and their children.

Lyons SandraLYONS, Sandra Grace - Passed away on August 3, 2020, at the age of 74.

She rejoins her late husband Robert Lyons the love of her life, and her sisters Donna.

Sandra will be deeply missed by her children Russel Sills, Brian Sills & Kimberly Stenson-Sills, Curtis Sills, Sandra Lyons Jr, Miranda Breiter, grandchildren Lucas Eagles, Tyler Breiter, Dylan Lyons, Keona Sills, Curtis Sills Jr, Austin Sills, Jadyne Stenson-Sills, Cody Stenson, Dallas Lyons; and many more family members and friends.

Kofler WilliamKOFLER, Wilhelm 'William' 'Bill' - In Loving Memory Wilhelm Kofler -  On Monday August 3rd, 2020, Wilhelm (William, Bill) Kofler passed away peacefully at his home in Scarborough at the age of 91 years.

Born on November 10th, 1928 in Jenig Austria, he came to Canada with his wife in 1954 to start a new life and long career in business machines.

Wilhelm is survived by his wife Ilse, his 5 children, 10 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, brother-in-law and sister as well as other relatives.

Blake JohnBLAKE, John Arthur  -   Passed away at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Monday, August 3, 2020.

John enjoyed a long career with the Toronto Fire Department as a District Chief and retired as acting Platoon Chief from station #231.

Loving husband of the late Susan (deceased 2019).

Dear father of Scott (Allison) of Orillia, Sean (Candice) of Wasaga Beach and Jennifer Blake (Christina) of Ennismore.

Special Papa of Brady, Chloe, Kipton, Beau, Easton, Jaxon, Olivia and Amelia.

Ise KiyoISE, Kiyo   - October 24, 1922 - August 3, 2020

Kiyo Ise passed away after succumbing to complications from surgery to repair a broken hip.

He leaves loving wife Sylvia Haruko (nee Nakamura), daughters Gail (Frank), Deborah (Ken), Mieko (Grant) and Virginia (Touhidal), and granddaughters Sachiko, Kiyomi and Mika.

Kiyo was born in the Ganges community of Salt Spring Island, BC. His upbringing on the island imbued a life-long love of fishing, farming and wildlife.

Sickinger JohnSICKINGER, John 'Hans'  - Our beloved father and grandfather, John Sickinger, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 3, 2020, at Scarborough General Hospital in Scarborough.

John Sickinger was born in Ridjica (which was then in Yugoslavia), on September 26, 1932, and married the love of his life, Renate "Lilo" (née Gutekunst) on February 18, 1956.

He was predeceased by his parents, Anton and Maria Sickinger, and his wife.

Szekszer JosephSZEKSZER, Joseph   -  It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear "Papa" Joe on Monday, August 3, 2020.

He passed away peacefully in his sleep at home, where he was most comfortable being.

He was a loving and devoted family man who was a wonderful husband of almost 50 years, an amazing father and a proud grandfather.

His quiet kindness, easy going and playful nature endeared him to all that knew him.

Born Marika Dule, in Toronto to Latvian parents, Marika was a lifelong Leafs fan.

Growing up in Etobicoke in the 1960s-70s, she loved the Rolling Stones.

Larson BjornLARSEN, Bjorn   -  It is with great heartbreak that the family of Bjorn Larsen announces his passing on August 3, 2020, in Toronto at the age of 70. 

Bjorn was born in 1950, in Sandnes, Norway.

He graduated top of his class in Computer Science at Hatfield Polytechnic, then immigrated to Canada where he started multiple successful software businesses.

His great passions in life were spending time with family, flying his plane, playing guitar, supporting entrepreneurs and advocating for freedom of speech.

Yard EleanorYARD, Eleanor Caroline - Eleanor Caroline Yard, 81, formerly of Brampton and more recently of Toronto, passed away on August 2, 2020, after a long and heartbreaking battle with Alzheimer’s and lung cancer.

Eleanor was born on January 10, 1939, to David and Eleanor (“Bubbles”) Appleton.

She was the beloved wife of the late Albert Jacob Yard for more than 56 years, and was the cherished mother of Michele Fraser (Terry) and Cori Endrody (Kevin Klein).

DOrazio EugeneD'ORAZIO, Eugene - God called Eugene peacefully on August 2, 2020 at the age of 71.

He will be forever missed by his loving wife, Angela. Cherished by his dear children, Valeria (Joseph) and Antonella (Sergio). Proud Nonno to Matteo and Evie.

Predeceased by his loving parents Lucia and Antonio, and father in law Giuseppe. Eugene will always be remembered by his brother in law Vince and sister in law Rosanna. Proud zio of Alessia and Sofia. Brother of Angelo. Lovingly remembered by his mother in law, Grazia.

Eugene will be deeply missed by his colleagues and students at the Toronto Catholic District School Board where he spent his educational career of 36 years, doing what he loved.

Loving and devoted husband of Josephine (nee Aglieri Rinella) for 57 blessed years.

Gallucci Boutilier MarybethGALLUCCI-BOUTILIER, Marybeth - It is with heavy hearts that the family of Marybeth Gallucci-Boutilier announces her passing on Sunday August 2, 2020 at the age of 68.

Her memories will live on with her husband Brent Boutilier, two stepchildren Amy (Liezl) and predeceased Brent Jr. (Tanya). Her three sons from her first marriage to Anthony Gallucci - Jamie (Lucy), Jeremey (Shawna) and Jeffrey (Anna).

Rodolfo, beloved husband of Enriqueta for 51 wonderful years.

Loving father of Rudy (Krista), Claudia (Mark) and Eduardo (Annie). Rodolfo will be fondly remembered by five grandchildren Jeremy, Nathaniel, Sebi, Christina and Sophia.

Manson DougMANSON, Douglas Paul 'Doug' - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Douglas Paul Manson at the Bradford Valley Care Community on August 2, 2020 at the age of 86.

Doug was predeceased by his wife of 42 years Margaret (nee Farmer), and was a loving father to Douglas Jr. (Mary), Bruce (Connie) and Glenn (Jackie).

He is survived by his brother Ron (Norma) and also predeceased by his brother Murray (Sue).

ROSSMAN, Teri Fern - After a courageous and brave fight, it is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beautiful Teri Fern Rossman.  Teri died peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday, August 2, 2020.

Teri is loved by many including her parents Harvey Rossman and Myna Rossman Z”L, her son Ethan Kopel, “baby” brother and sister-in-law Michael and Donna Rossman, nephew and niece Jared and Abigail Ruby, devoted partner Robert Taylor, his children, Jessica Taylor-Charland and David, Amanda Taylor-Wener and Hylton, and four precious grandchildren who she treated like her own, as well as a great number of people she formed friendships with over the years.

Earl was born to his mother Lucy and Father Joseph Maddix in Prince Edward Island on December 22 1952.

Beloved husband of Marian for 45 wonderful years. Loving father of Kevin (Amanda) and Brian. Cherished grandpa of Peyton and Olivia. Earl will be missed by his brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

Earl was a proud owner of Scott Framing for 35 years, serving GTA and across Canada.
