AMETRANO, Rosa (Chiaini) - On November 6, 2020, she answered God's call and passed away in her Toronto home.
Rosa and her late husband Vincenzo immigrated from Italy to pursue a better life. She was always ready to tell a good story and lend a helping hand to anyone in need.
During a nine-month battle following a stroke, Rosa demonstrated the resiliency and strength that characterized her whole life.

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Alfred Benaroia on November 6, 2020. Alfred died at home after a long illness, with his wife Daliah by his side.
Alfred is survived by Daliah (ne Gelman), his loving wife of 56 years and their three children Tami Benaroia Tarr, Iris Benaroia and Mark Benaroia.
The only child of Rashel Meir Benaroia (d. 2004) and Marco Benaroia (d.1945), Alfred was born in Dobrich, Bulgaria, emigrating, together with his mother, to Israel after World War II.

GORMAN, Margaret Rosanna (nee SULLIVAN) - Passed away on Friday November 6, 2020, at the age of 83 at Joseph Brant Hospital.
Born at home in East York to Greg Sullivan and Ada Pinfold.
Attended Holy Name and Holy Cross Schools, and graduated from Notre Dame High School in 1955.
Predeceased by her husband Ed Gorman in 2010.
She is survived by her children Michael (Kathleen), Janice and step daughter Colleen, as well as her brothers John, Jim, and their families.

ZUNINO, Jorge Humaña - Born in Concepción, Chile on the 22nd of July, 1934. Passed away peacefully in his sleep at the Arauco Housing Co-operative in Toronto on November 6th, 2020.
He was a father, grandfather, friend and mentor to many.
He lost his mother early in life and left home in his teenage years. Jorge was a general labourer at the Compañia de Acero del Pacífico (CAP) steel company in his hometown. However, this was not what he wanted in life and began to educate himself, finishing his secondary education at night and earning a scholarship to study engineering at the University of Concepción. He graduated near the top of his class. After graduation Jorge returned to CAP as an engineer.

GRAHAM, Willian Ellis 'Bill' -Passed away on Friday, November 6, 2020.
He was born in Kirkland Lake and grew up in Owen Sound. After graduation from OSCVI, he attended teachers’ college in Stratford and began his career as an educator with the Board of Forest Hill.
When Forest Hill became a part of Toronto, Bill became a general consultant in the west end of the City.
Four years later he became part of the Science Department and became coordinator of that department until his retirement in 1993.

AYRE, Michael Broun - On Friday, November 6, 2020 Michael died peacefully on his own terms in his home in Toronto from colon cancer.
Born in Ottawa and raised in North Toronto, Michael was the first of four children of Alan and Joan (Wilson) Ayre.
He is predeceased by his parents; his sister, Barbara (Danny Tomlinson); his brother, John (Mary Ann Evans); and his first wife, Regina (nee Siniute).

Passed away peacefully at Princess Margaret Hospital with his family by his side.
Peter was a shining example of integrity and kindness to all who knew him.

NIELSEN, Signe Christiane - (February 10, 1926 – November 5, 2020)
Our beloved Mother left this life the same way she lived it - peacefully and with grace.
She lived independently til the end, almost into her 95th year, always saying, ‘I want to keep doing as much as I can for as long as I’m able’.
While her day-to-day abilities dimmed in the past few years, Mom was still a wily card player, ardent Blue Jays fan and avid reader. She followed politics and watched the news every day to keep up with current events.

MATTIASSI, Pierina - (July 30, 1922 - November 5, 2020)
Pierina Mattiassi, nee Pierina Fornasari, was born on Sunday July 30, 1922 in the small town of Bottenico di Moimmaco, in Udine, Italy, to Ermenegilda Pizzi and Girolamo Fornasari.
She was second eldest of her three siblings, Elsa, Domenico (Meni), and Delia. She was closest with Delia and they were practically attached at the hip. They often secretly went out dancing wearing lipstick, which was not considered lady-like by the times.

BOUDREAULT, Michel Jean - (1948 - 2020) - Passed away November 5, 2020. Proudly served the Canadian Armed Forces for over 20 years and was stationed overseas twice in Germany.
Michel became a certified chef in the military and it quickly became one of his many passions. Michel was an entrepreneur, owning two companies in Midland, ON.
He spent close to 20 years with the commissionaires where he made many new friends with his larger than life personality and the ability to make people laugh with his non-stop sense of humour.
