It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to Béla,
who passed away on July 13, 2020, at home with his daughter Judith by his side, at the age of 96.
Béla was born in Jászszentandrás, Hungary, loved his life in both Montreal and Toronto, and enjoyed needle point sewing, gardening, going for walks, and spending time with his family and friends.

GOYER, Christopher Ian - It is with profound sadness that the family of Christopher Ian Goyer announces his passing after a tragic accident in Harcourt Park, Sunday, July 12th, 2020 at the age of 30.
Christopher was a legend, making his presence and love for life known to all. Christopher will be remembered by his parents, Andre and Karen Goyer, his sister Michelle Goyer (Stephen Forster).

D'AGOSTINO, Sister Johanna (Elizabeth Joan) - Elizabeth Joan D’Agostino (Sr. Johanna) died peacefully on July 12, 2020, at Presentation Manor, following a brief illness. She was born in Toronto on January 4, 1931.
Predeceased by her parents Rocco D’Agostino and Anna Perrone, her brothers Peter D’Agostino, (Pauline), Rocco D’Agostino, she is survived by her loving nieces Elizabeth Likwornik, (Victor), Ann Marie Brignuglio and numerous devoted cousins.
Sr. Johanna attended St Anthony elementary School in Toronto. After graduating from Loreto College High School, she entered the Institute of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

MILLER, Lorne Jay - (1947 - 2020) - Painter, commercial artist, and businessman, Lorne died at home on Sunday, July 12, 2020, at age 73.
He will be missed by his son Greg, wife Sandi, and brothers Mark and Gary.
As a boy, Lorne showed an aptitude and love for art, which led to him to a degree in painting at the Ontario College of Art and a B.A. at the University of Guelph. After graduating, he took a job in St. John’s, Newfoundland, teaching art to learning disabled children. He developed a close relationship with his pupils, who became the subjects of a memorable series of oil paintings.
Returning to Toronto, Lorne opened Gallery 567 on Queen Street West, a studio and art gallery featuring his own work and that of other young Canadian painters.
