DE GIORGIO, Maria Grazia - It is with great sadness to announce the passing of our beloved mother Maria Grazia De Giorgio the morning of Wednesday, August 29, 2018, at Bridgepoint Active Healthcare where she received wonderful care over the past few months. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Pasquale De Giorgio.
Loving mother of Teresa (Paul), Nicola (Karen), Vittorio (predeceased), Maria (Martin) and Rita (John).
Devoted Nonna of Monica (Paul), Marc, Jeff and Stephanie (Corey).
Cherished Great Grandmother of Nikki.
Maria Grazia will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all her family and friends. May she rest in peace.
Visitation will be held at Bernardo Funeral Homes, Toronto, Ontario on Tuesday, September 4th, 2018 from 2:00pm - 4:00pm and 6:00pm - 9:00pm. The service will take place at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, 830 Bathurst St. Toronto on Wednesday, September 5th, 2018 at 10:00am.
