MACK, Audrey Jeanne (nee FORGIE) - Audrey Jeanne Mack (nee Forgie) peacefully passed away surrounded by family December 13, 2018 at Michael Garron Hospital at the age of 96.
Beloved wife of the late William "Bill".
Loving mother of Bruce (deceased), Robert (Jayne), Douglas (Karen), grandmother of Tara (Ken) and baby Marin.A lifelong resident of Toronto, Mom's favourite pastimes included: stamp collecting, petit point, watching her Blue Jays and competitive sports as a young woman.
Survived by her sisters Margaret Bain and Dorothy Forgie. Jeanne will be fondly remembered by extended family and friends. Mom loved to travel near and far with Dad. At the cottage Mom enjoyed nature and the great outdoors, playing cards and scrabble. She was an active longtime member of the St. Cuthbert's church congregation.
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the palliative care staff on the 5th floor at Michael Garron Hospital. Cremation has taken place.
Memorial visitation will be held at Humphrey Funeral Home A.W. Miles – Newbigging Chapel, Toronto, Ontario (416-487-4523) on Friday, December 21, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A service to celebrate Jeanne's life will follow in the chapel at 1:00 p.m.
