COTTRILL, Brian Barney - 1956 - 2017 Father to Suzanne; brother to Valerie, Michael, Crystal and Jeffrey; grandfather to baby Dean, the grandson he would have adored and been proud of had he lived to meet him.
Brian was born and grew up in Bramalea, Ontario, where he also raised his daughter, Suzanne.
He spent his time across the country in places such as Toronto, Vancouver and Winnipeg.
He passed away on August 12, 2017 at the Winnipeg Health Science Centre.
He was 61 years old. Brian will be remembered for his passion for social justice, the love and dedication he brought to his role as a single father, the fun he had playing cards and table hockey with his family and friends, as well as for his strength and independence.
It is with great sadness that we part with him.
