D'ARPINO, Giorgio - God called Giorgio peacefully on May 12, 2019 at the age of 81.
He will be forever missed by his loving wife, Teresa.
Cherished by his dear children, Mario (Elizabeth), and Grace (Andrew Augurati). Proud Nonno to Brittany, Kristen, Vanessa, and Erica.
Beloved brother of the late Anita (late Vincenzo D’Arpino), Teresa (late Raffaele), late Alberto (Lina), and Mario (Pina). He will be greatly missed and held dear in the hearts of his many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd.) on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 from 1-4 & 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday May 15, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary Immaculate Roman Catholic Church (10295 Yonge St., north of Major Mackenzie Dr.). Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (on Yonge St., south of Hwy 7).
If so desired, donations in memory of Giorgio may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
