Williams DannyWILLIAMS, "Danny" Daniel Peter - Passed away peacefully in his 51st year on July 20, 2019 after courageously battling a rare and aggressive genetic disorder.

Danny was raised in a home filled with love, family, music, and laughter, by his incredible parents. He will be desperately missed by his mother Patricia Williams, and was pre-deceased by his father Joseph.

In Danny's life he accomplished incredible things, performed on hundreds of stages, and in multiple countries, but his greatest joy and most proud legacy is his beautiful son Patrick. So lovingly referred to as "Pada and Dada" the duo were inseparable and he was truly a hero to his son.

Danny was a loving brother to Mary Jo (Robert), Paddy, Johnny (Roxanne), Martin (Sara), and Keith (Jen).

Danny was loved deeply by his many nieces and nephews, his cousins, extended family, and friends.

Danny formed deep friendships in the music industry and cherished the time he spent performing with his "second family." He shone brightest while on stage for the sheer joy of sharing his gift with the world. He loved to collaborate and experiment musically and was a crowd favourite in every venue he performed in.

Visitation for Danny will be held at Heritage Funeral Centre, Toronto on Tuesday July 23rd from 2-4 and 7-9. A mass of Christian Burial will be held in Holy Name Church, 71 Gough Ave., Toronto at 11 am on Wednesday, July 24th, 2019.

In lieu of flowers please make a donation to Alpha-1Canada or Canadian Blood Services.
