SALHANY, Adele 'Babe' - Was born in Toronto in 1924. She died peacefully at home on Tuesday, September 17, 2019.
Beloved wife of the late Louis Salhany.
She was treasured by her four nieces and her late nephew, and many dear friends. Survived by Diane (Frank) Vrbanatz, Karen (Michael) Lemon, Susan (Spence) Eybel, Jennifer (Peter) Brugnatti, and the late Charles Saba.
She will be greatly missed by her two great-nephews and one great-niece: Nick Vrbanatz, Greg Lemon and Jacqueline Vrbanatz.
The family will receive friends at the Humphrey Funeral Home A.W. Miles – Newbigging Chapel, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 20th to be followed by a funeral service at 12:00 p.m. Interment Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church, 9116 Bayview Avenue, Richmond Hill, L4B 3M9 would be greatly appreciated.
