LOSCHIAVO, Antonio - Peacefully passed away on October 11, 2019 at the age of 90 surrounded by his family.
A loving husband of 66 years to Rosetta (nee Vitale).
Proud father to Clara (Joe), Enza (Tony), Josie(Gerry).
Adored grandfather to Gino (Jackie), Anthony (Sarah), Nadia (Gianfranco), Roseanna (Giuliano), Tavia, Alessandro and much-loved great-grandfather to Alexis, Cassidy, Francesco, Carmine, and Giacomo.
Antonio was a proud, hard-working, respected, giving, loving and gentle man who saw the positive and good in everything and everyone who touched his life.
A devoted husband, nurturing father who enjoyed gardening and always looked forward to family gatherings whatever the occasion. He will live forever in our hearts.
We will always be grateful and thank Dr. Kennedy and Dr. Darko and the nursing staff at 3 East Lakeridge Health Ajax-Pickering Hospital for the wonderful care they provided. We also wish to thank our family and friends for all your support.
Visitation will be held at Highland Funeral Home, Scarborough on October 13th from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM and on October 14th from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM. The service will take place at Epiphany of Our Lord Church, 3200 Pharmacy Avenue, Toronto on October 15th at 10:00 AM.
