MESSINA, Salvatore - God called Salvatore peacefully on November 11, 2019 at the age of 95.
He is now reunited in Heaven with his loving wife Rosa.
Cherished by his dear children, Concetta (Francesco D’Urzo), and Teresa (Gennaro Ruberto). Proud Nonno to Domenico (Alessandra), Salvatore (Rocchina), Maria (the late Onofrio), Antonio, and Maria. Adoring great grandfather to Marika, Francesco, Alessia, Francesco, & Ilenia.
He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends.
Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd.) on Thursday November 14, 2019 from 2-4 & 5-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday November 15, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church (191 Wade Gate., off Centre St, east of Dufferin Street). Entombment to follow at Westminster Cemetery (on Bathurst St., north of Finch Ave).
If so desired, donations in memory of Salvatore may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
