MONACO, Anna - In the early morning hours of November 15, 2019 the matriarch of our family, Anna Monaco peacefully passed away.
At the age of 82, Anna lived a full and long life, ripe with adventures and achievements.
Anna went through life like a small but formidable firework, determined, independent and hilarious.
She will live on through her four daughters Antoinette (Frank), Linda (Enzo), Ellena (Phil) and Rina (Frank) and her motley crew of grandchildren Dano (Andrea), Leah, Sara, Rachel, Daniel and Thomas.
We look up now and know she is running wild and free through her beloved mountains with her husband Enrico, brother and sisters, which brings a beautiful solace to her remaining family.
Visitations will be held at the DeMarco Funeral Visitation Centre, Woodbridge ON on Monday November 18, 2019 from 2:00 - 4:00pm & 6:00 - 9:00pm. There will be a funeral mass at St. Jude’s Roman Catholic Church, 3265 Weston Road, Toronto on Tuesday November 19, 2019 at 10:00am and a reception and celebration of life to follow at 12:00 - 3:00pm at Famee Fruilane Event Centre (7065 Islington Ave, Woodbridge ON).
