WATTON, Linda Isabel (Baker) - (April 1, 1947 – November 14, 2019)
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Mother Linda Watton (Baker) on November 14th, 2019 after an aggressive battle with cancer.
Linda was born April 1st 1947 in Toronto, ON. Is survived by her husband Abraham. Her beloved children Tammy (Steve), James, Matthew (Sherry) and Casey. Loving Nana to Julian, Dane, Joshua, Katie and Alex.
She will be greatly missed by her siblings, Sonny deceased (Linda), Karen (John) and James (Kim). As well as nieces, nephews and cousins.
She is predeceased by her parents Clarence (1977) Nora Baker (1974).
To those that knew her well know that she was always smiling. Even on the hardest days she continued to smile and find joy being around loved ones. She loved to eat. Loved everything about food and planned her days around eating. But most of all she loved her family.
Linda worked as a medical secretary at St. Michael’s Hospital for 30 years. We will cherish all the memories we have of Linda and how fortunate we were to have shared our lives with such a kind and loving lady. Linda was a wonderful Daughter, Wife, Mother, Sister, Aunt and friend.
Family and friends can gather at Giffen-Mack Funeral Home, 2570 Danforth Ave, Toronto, ON on Wednesday November 20th. Viewing from 11am - 1pm followed by the service at 1pm. Cemetery service will be held after funeral service at Duffin Meadows 2505 Brock Road North, Pickering, ON
