SANTIA, Clelia - It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, wife, mother-in-law, grandmother and great-grandmother. After a brief stay at Toronto Western Hospital, she passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Saturday, January 11, 2020.

Clelia was the beloved wife of Rodolfo Santia.

Beloved mother of Elisa (Joel), Sandra (Dominic), Gina (Ivano).

Cherished grandmother to William (Natalie), Jessica and Samantha.

She was honoured to be a great-grandmother to little Rachel.

Clelia will be missed by her sisters, Lorenzina (Angelo) Agostini and Maria (Emilio) Tomei.

She will forever be loved and remembered by her brother–in-law Loretto Santia, her sister-in-law Angela Santia, and her sister-in-law Marissa Agostini.

Clelia was an aunt to many nieces and nephews. She cherished the relationships that she had with them.

She enjoyed socializing with her many friends and relations, always welcoming visitors with a smile, an espresso, and delicious food. She loved to garden and took great pride in having a neat and tidy home. And, she always persevered and worked hard, no matter what the circumstances—qualities we always admired.

Visitation will be held at Jerrett Funeral Home, Toronto on January 15th from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. The service will take place at St. Clare Church, 1118 St. Clair Ave West, Toronto on January 16th at 10:00 am.

Donations in Clelia’s memory can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
