IANTORNO, Maddalena (nee Saullo) - God called Maddalena home on January 23rd, 2020 at the age of 87.
She is reunited in Heaven with her loving parents Achille and Rosina, her sister Emilia, and brothers Francesco (Gina) and Luigi (Rosa).
Beloved wife of Giuseppe.
Dear mother of Angela (Frank), Franco (Valeria) and Antonio. Devoted nonna of Adriana (Vince), Lucia (Ettore), Gianpaolo and Aviana. Cherished bisnonna of Chiara, Siena, Gemma, Giuliana and Luca.
Proud zia of Marissa (Donald) and Achille (Victoria), Achille (Mirella), Antonio (Marisa), Pietro, Rosetta (Eugenio), Marcello (Maria), Mario (Teresa), Orietta, Francesco (Maria) and Ornella (Roberto). Caring sister of Salvatore (Emma).
Maddalena will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and many friends
Visitation will be held at the Vescio Funeral Home “Toronto Chapel” (2080 Dufferin Street, north of Rogers Road) on Sunday January 26th from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Monday January 27th at St. Clare’s Roman Catholic Church (1118 St. Clair Avenue West). Entombment to follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens (1810 Albion Road).
In memory of Maddalena, donations may be made to the CNIB Foundation or The Alzheimer Society of Canada.
