DiMichele EmilioDiMICHELE, Emilio - Surrounded by his family Emilio passed away peacefully at Credit Valley Hospital on Friday February 14, 2020 at the age of 77.

Beloved husband of Heather (nee Hannan, predeceased).

Devoted and loving father to Michelle Elder, Angela Basic (Omar) and Evelyn Bell (Mark).

Loving and devoted Nonno to Richard Elder (Christina), Ryan Elder, Matt (Cait)  and Mitch, Joey Lopes, Alicia DiMichele-Basic and Adam Basic. Devoted great grandfather to Victoria, Nico, Jacob, Ethan and Caleb.

Loving son of Giovanni and Evelina DiMichele (Predeceased). Brother to Victorio DiMichele (Nella, predeceased) and Alessandro DiMichele (Predeceased), Sister-in-law Toni. Brother-in-law to Bryan Hannan (Predeceased) Sister-in-law Debbie and Sister-in-law Karen Bless and brother in law Ben.

Zio to Johnny, Domenic (Elena), Rita (Alfie), Tanya (Sam) and Andrew (Lisa). Uncle to Cherie Craig and Shawn Hannan. He will be greatly missed by his Brother Victorio and Zia Santina. Cousins Emily, Cathy, Nina, Gino (Inessa), Antonio (predeceased) and compare Rosina. Nazzareno, Felicetta, Tony (Rita, Predeceased) and other cousins, family and friends.

Emilio was born December 12, 1942 in L'Aquila, Italy. He then immigrated to Canada in 1959, with his family. He was a loyal member of The Celano Canadian Club, Army and Navy Legion of Lakeview and The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 582.

A special thank you to the staff at Credit Valley Hospital in Emergency, Medicine 2C, Palliative care units, under the care of Dr. Gupta and Dr. You for their support and care. As well for the nurses and P.S.W’s at Villa Forum Nursing Home in Mississauga, where Dad resided over the past 5 years.

In Emilio’s memory donations can be made to the Diabetes and Dementia foundation.
