It is with great sorrow that we announce that John passed away peacefully at home on March 26th, 2020.

John was the beloved husband and soul-mate of Bev Halliday for 40 years, son of the late Noella and Leo St. Denis of Iroquois Falls, son-in-law of Elsie Halliday and the late Chesley Halliday.

He will be lovingly remembered by his sister Claudette (Bruce Holmes) Hart, and sister-in-law Jocelyn (Derick) Rickaby. He was the caring uncle of Michelle, Julie, and Pierre (Shelly) Hart and Jennifer (Sean Ricciardi) Rickaby. He will be remembered by his great nieces and nephews Ben, Olivia, and Jacob (Jasmine) Hart, and Mackenzie, Penelope, and Cecelia Ricciardi, and his great-great nephews Kaleb and Sawyer Hart.

He will also be missed by many extended family, friends, colleagues and neighbours in Greek Town.

John's happiest times were when he was exercising, watching sports, reading and travelling.

His heart will go on and on....

A special thank-you to Simcha from Spectrum Health Care. Memorial donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

Arrangements entrusted with Giffen-Mack funeral home, Danforth Ave., Toronto.
