Riel LeoRIEL, Leo - We are saddened to announce the passing of our Father and beloved Grandfather Leo Riel (1945 - 2020) who joined the love of his life, late wife Cheryl Ann Riel (1959 - 2012), sister Lilian and brother in law Charlie Smith in Heaven on March 28th, 2020.

Son of the late Myrtle and Robert, Leo lived a life full of joy and laughter.

Anyone who knew Leo knows that he always had a joke to tell and a country music song to sing. Leo loved spending time outdoors camping or at the trailer. He never missed watching wrestling or any Montreal Expos, Canadiens or Alouettes games, or by default by moving to Toronto - any Blue Jays games.

Leo is survived by his children Michael (Pam), Tracy (Steve), Shawn (Nicole) and Matthew. As well as by the dearly beloved Wilcox Family: James, Lydia, Jim, Josie (Wilcox) and Sylvio Pizzo and his extended Riel and Smith family.

Much loved grandfather to Mason, Maika, Lyla, Delia, Dante, Kyrell, Aidan and Zakyah.

Leo will be laid to rest in private on April 2nd.  Arrangements with the Paul O'Connor funeral home, Scarborough.
