Sooklall GaitreSOOKLALL, Gaitre - Dear Family and Friends, With our deepest sorrow, we inform you that in the early morning of Sunday, April 5th, 2020 our loving mother, grandmother & great-grandmother, Gaitre “Baby” Sooklall fell asleep peacefully in the Lord.

John 14:1-4 – Words of comfort from Jesus Christ
“Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. And where I go you know, and the way you know.”

As sister Gaitre awaits the soon return of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, we invite all those who have been loved by Gaitre to honour her through an online funeral service that will be held on Tuesday April 7th, starting at 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM. In lieu of flowers:
Gaitre was an example to all of us. Her powerful example of living a life as a disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ was evident in all aspects of her life. She preached to so many in her life, and as a result of her preaching so many have come through the Sunday school and youth group programs to learn about the saving Name of the Lord Jesus Christ and the coming Kingdom of God. For anyone wishing to make a donation in Gaitre’s name, please consider the Christadelphian Bible Mission (CBMC). The CMBC is active throughout the Carribean, Latin America and North America which includes Guyana an area close to home and near to Gaitre’s heart. The Christadelphian Bible Mission of the Americas is organized for the purpose of fulfilling the charge of our Lord – Mark 16:15-16: “Go into all the world and preach the gospel….”

Donations to the CBMC can be made online at: http://cbma.net/make-a-donation/  Ensure to select the section for ‘Canadian Donors’. Please share this with your family and friends.

Looking for that blessed hope and the glorious appearing of our great God and his son our Saviour Jesus Christ.

Arrangements entrusted with Scott funeral home, WOODBRIDGE.
