Bell RichardBELL, Richard Burritt - It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Burritt Bell, who passed away in his home on April 6th, 2020 in Waterdown, Ontario at the age of 60 after a long battle with cancer.

He was born on July 16th, 1959 in Belleville, Ontario to Oswald Bell and Fern Ireland.

He was a very talented man in many ways. He was an excellent carpenter and gardener and was known for his long stories, tarts and pies.

A jack of all trades, Richard was passionate about his work and his hobbies. He enjoyed baseball, karaoke and attending festivals and fairs with family and friends.

He will be dearly missed by his partner Yudy Marquez, with whom he shared many years.

He will be lovingly remembered by his children Jennifer (Justin), Janice, Stephanie, Kourtney, Malorie (Matthew), Kiley (Craig), and their mother Lauri, by his step-children Kimberly (Shawn) and Kenneth and his grandchildren Thomas, Emma, Emalee, Hailee and Oliver.

He is also survived by his siblings Joan, Esther (Bill Wray), Doug, Iris, Henry (Janice), Sharon (Paul Vannest), William (Germaine), and is predeceased by his siblings Ron and Marie.

He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.

We will be holding a Celebration of Life in the future as we are unable to celebrate at this time.
