SHAH-ANDREWS, Rehana Maria - It is with deep sadness that we mourn the unexpected loss of Rehana who passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, May 20th, 2020.
She is survived by her best friend and husband Paul Andrews of 21 years, her son Julius Grimaldi, her daughter-in-law Voula Grimaldi and her grandchildren Luka and Iliana.
She is also survived by her mother Thelma, and her siblings Reza, Nafis, Ahmed, Karin, Ossie and Sherene.
Rehana will be missed by many members of her extended family and friends.
Rehana was a beloved hair dresser in Toronto for more then 40 years. She touched the lives of so many in her community and made lasting friendships throughout her life.
She will be remembered for her zest for life, her unwavering loyalty and her infectious laugh. She loved without limits. She cared deeply for her mother, her siblings, her son and her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed for the way she put others before herself and ensured anyone who leaned on her felt love and support.
As time and situation allows, a Celebration of Life will be planned in Toronto in either the summer or fall. Please keep in touch with the family for further details on this.
