REUBEN, Vemavarapu - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mr. Reuben on May 15, 2020 after a brief illness.
He was hospitalized a month before where he died peacefully and is resting with our Lord.
Beloved husband of Mrs. Ivy Ruben for over 55 years & father of daughter Pamela Sen (Sweety) and son Eugene Reuben (Ashu) & Allan Reuben (who passed away in 2008).
Deeply loved by his grandchildren Akshay, Rachel, Aarushi, Abhishek & Aaryan
Hailed from a small village in Southern part of India (Rajahmundry, dist. Godavari in Andhra Pradesh, India) Reuben was a hard working soul. He had worked in various part of the world before immigrating to Canada in 1995.
In later years of his life, he become a gospel preacher & believe in giving back to the society, he supported various NGO’s all thru his life.
His greatest joy in life was spending time with his family and friends, he loves to share a good laugh & enjoy singing hymns & old country songs.
The family would like to extend their sincerest gratitude to everyone at Scarborough General Hospital for their outstanding care and support as well as Funeral Director at Aftercare for providing comforting service during the difficult time.
Due to COVID19 restrictions, only immediate family members attended his burial at St. John’s Dixie Cemetery in Mississauga.
