SKOLUD, Josephine Anna 'Josie' (Dvorak) – Passed away peacefully at Margaret Bahen Hospice in Newmarket, on Saturday, May 23, 2020, at the age of 86.
Loving wife of Wilfred for 64 years.
Beloved mother of Sue (Ted), Wilf (Cindy) and John (Janet).
Proud Oma of Christina (Adam), Laura, Rebecca (Jan), Devin, Robby and Sarah. Blessed Great-Oma of Mia and Colton.
Known to most as Josie, she and her husband came to Canada from Austria in 1956. A hard worker her entire life, she was the “commander-in-chief” of her home and took care of everyone.
Josie loved the outdoors and enjoyed spending time at the cottage with her husband, tending to her garden, swimming, reading and baking seasonal treats for her grandkids. The thing she loved most in the world was her family.
