AZMIER, Annie - At home, on Friday May 29, 2020 at the age of 87 with her devoted children Susan, Steven and Cindy by her side, our Mom left us to join her beloved Arnold.

She leaves behind her cherished grandson Casey, her sister in law Irene, her BFF (for 71 years) Shirley Ray and many nieces and nephews.

Annie worked as a bookkeeper (till 79 years old), she loved to fish and made the best knishes and gefilte fish (not from the ones she caught).

She found joy in everything she did for her children and husband. Not only did she take the bus to pick up library books we needed for school, she helped us with our homework (often doing it).

Annie took great care of Dad and he in turn did the same for her.

She was everyone's rock and the glue that held us all together.

A special thank you to Maudline for the exceptional care she took of our Mom.

A family graveside service will be held on Monday, June 1, 2020.

If you wish, memorial donations may be made to The Annie Azmier Memorial Fund c/o The Benjamin Foundation.
