CHIDLOW, Albert 'Bert' - Peacefully on May 29, 2020 in his 92nd year, following a short illness.
Dear husband of May (Mary).
Loving father of Paul (Alison), Ann (Mike), Lesley (Keith), Wendy (Glen) and Joy (Ken).
Cherished Granddad to his 11 grandchildren, Sean, Chantal (Sarah), Catherine, Patrick (Danielle), Luc, Meghan (AJ), Kyle (Lauren), Simon, Matthew (Jade), Aimee and Samantha and great-grandfather to Shaeli, Chelsie, Connor, Hendrick, Eloise and Lyla.
Dear brother of Donald (Beryl), Alexander (Fay) and Barbara Whitlow (Ray). Will be sadly missed by his loving nieces, nephews and extended family.
He was predeceased by his father Albert, mother Alice, and brother Phil (Linda).
Bert was born in Chester, England and emigrated to Canada in 1972, followed shortly after by his family. Always the handyman, he earned his life with common sense, his hands, and an uncanny ability to figure out how things worked and how to fix them.

Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held in the summer. Arrangements with Taylor funeral home, Newmarket.
