COLLINS, Ronald Ivan Frederick 'Ron' - After a courageous hard fought battle, in his 77th year, passed away peacefully at Toronto General Hospital on June 2, 2020.
Predeceased by ex-wife and forever friend Beverly Collins nee Goose and his parents Reta Migwans and Charlie Collins, and sisters Vickie and Margie.
Loving and proud father to son Ron (Christine), daughter Sandra and step-son Corey (Amanda).
Loving Grandfather to Michelle and Tara. Step-Grandfather to Makya and Aiyana.
Loving Great Grandfather to Icey and Tessa.
Beloved Brother to Betty Anne, Dorothy, Robert, Daniel and Tim. Beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Ron loved his retirement life at Wigwamen Terrace. Always checking in on his neighbours well-beings and safety. Loved socializing in and around the Native Canadian Centre. Could be found riding his bike all over Toronto. Loved playing Bingo at Delta and Dolphin. Always had to be home to watch his favorite soap the Y & R and watching and talking about wrestling. But his favorite part of life was enjoying his time with his family at many functions. He will be missed by many.
Graveside service and burial will be private. Thank you for your understanding
