Bellamy CaroleBELLAMY, Carole Lynn (Demill) - November 8, 1941 - June 2, 2020 - 78, of Richmond Hill, ON, entered eternity very peacefully in the wee hours of June 2, 2020, with her loving Grandaughter Gracie by her side at that moment.

We know that she is laughing and dancing with her beloved husband Cal who went to glory before her.

Also predeceased by her parents Bruce Demill and Bertha Demill (Buckley), brother Warren Demill.

Carole & Cal were married for 57 years and together they raised 3 amazing men: Ken (Shelly), Terry (Carla), Tom (Rose). They started their family while posted in Germany then lived and loved most of their years in Kanata and Stittsville where many friendships were formed over the years.

Carole had a quiet strength and would often be seen sitting on her perch observing her loved ones as they interacted. She was the happy supporter of her gregarious husband and his many activities and loved her job of 20+ years as the Assistant to the Director of Nursing at the Ottawa Hospital Rehabilitation Centre. In her retirement, she enjoyed her life in the country overlooking the beautiful gardens planted by her loving husband.

Carole is survived by her three sons, her cherished grandchildren, Sean, Mark, Sonia Rose (Dwayne), Ryan, James (Jen), Rylan (Gabrielle), Gracie, Noah, Jennifer (Paul) & Jason and her wonderful Great Grandchildren, Kathryn, Cole, William and Scarlet.

She also leaves behind, her loving sister Janice Moore (Garry), her nephew Ian, nieces Jessica and Jenna, her Auntie Doreen McIntosh, her cousins and her doting childhood friend of 69 years, Carole Bower (Brown)

The family is so grateful to Dr. Ricky Sheth, Dr. Steven Grossman, Susan Ng and Ellie Houshmandi for their amazing and attentive care as they supported us with at-home palliative care. As well we are grateful to Dr. Edward Fontaine and the support of Springvale Church in Stouffville and Chapel Ridge Funeral Home for their tender and kind care as we said our final goodbye.

Due to the current restrictions surrounding COVID19, there will be no service planned at this time and the family will have a small private celebration of Life at a later date.

If you are inclined to make a donation in memory of Carole Teen Challenge is a ministry she supported.

“So now I live with the confidence that there is nothing in the universe with the power to separate us from God’s love. I’m convinced that his love will triumph over death, life’s troubles, fallen angels, or dark rulers in the heavens. There is nothing in our present or future circumstances that can weaken his love.”
