ZOIA, Giuseppina - God called Giuseppina peacefully on Friday June 19, 2020 at the age of 96.
She will be forever missed by his loving Husband, Lino.
Cherished by her dear children, Fabio and Emily (David West). Proud Nonna to Owain and Gwyneth. Giuseppina will always be remembered by her sister in Italy.
She will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends.
Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Maple Chapel (211 McNaughton Road East) on Monday June 22nd from 2-4 p.m.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday June 23rd at 9:30 a.m. at St. David’s Roman Catholic Church (2601 Major Mackenzie Dr., east of Jane St.). Private family interment to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (on Bayview Ave., south of Hwy 7).
The government has implemented that all attendees at funerals must always wear a mask. As some of the restrictions are being lifted the Bereavement Authority of Ontario has posted their guidelines of what we are able to do.

We can have public visitations with a maximum of 20 people in attendance per visitation room
We can have funerals taking place at the church which allows for up to 100 to 150 people to be in attendance in the Vaughan area (once maximum capacity has been reached no exceptions will be made to allow for more friends to enter)
We can have from 10 people up to 50 people if outdoors in attendance at the cemetery.
Masks are required at all churches and cemeteries. Those in attendance to the church and cemetery are asked to bring their masks to those locations or you will not be permitted to enter and attend the service.
We are encouraging all friends to come to the funeral home during the visitation periods if you are comfortable and meet us at the church for the funeral Mass.
We are asking for only the most immediate family members to join us at the funeral home on the funeral day and at the cemetery only.
